Provide a second to none customer experience

Answer and screen incoming customer phone calls and emails

Access customer account information, enter and update information as necessary

Maintain product and service knowledge for problem resolution and customer inquiry purposes

Communicate with coworkers and customers daily via phone and email

Build and develop strong and lasting customer relationships

Handle contract administration and data entry



1+ years’ experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center roles preferred

Prior experience with Customer Service in Retail or Food Service a plus!

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Capability of working a fast-paced environment and ability of multitasking

Candidates must understand that attendance and performance are both an important aspect of these roles!

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree a plus, not a requirement!
