Job Description
:
To ensure,
optimum availability of Highway/road construction Equipments in good working
Condition with maximum output.
Monitoring to
Operational & breakdown repairs of machineries with ensuring availability
of spares & consumable in time related to it.
To ensure,
daily progress, optimum productivity and utilization of Plants &
machineries with up keeping of same to streamline mining activity.
To ensure,
Periodical & preventive maintenance of Plant and equipments in schedule
time.
Co-ordination
with the Purchase Department to Purchase of the Parts / Equipments related to
Vehicle & Machineries.
Co-ordination
and Approval Process of Proposals and Monitor any actions needed through the
Top Management.
Maintain
records of goods ordered and received & locate vendors of materials,
equipment or supplies, and coordinate with them in order to determine product
availability and terms of sales.
Budgeting of
Accidental Vehicle & Machineries for Insurance Claims.
Use right &
qualified person with experience for repair & maintenance.
Desired
Candidate Profile :
Maintenance of
road construction Equipments & Machinery (i.e. Tippers ,Excavators ,Motor
Graders, Pavers, Rollers, Boom Placer ,Drill Machine,Air Compressor ,Rock
Breaker Transit Mixer etc ).
Knowledge of
spare parts of construction equipments.
Tecniques of
repairs of breakdown of machinery.
