Minimum
Qualification- BE / Diploma (Mechanical)
Minimum
Experience- About 5 to 10 Years in reputed organization.
Exposure-
Experience in Automation & Project based company.
Experience in
Electric Vehicles preferred on high priority.
Key
Responsibilities-
1) Proficient
in working with various machine views, layouts, part manufacturing / process
drawings, tooling etc.
2) Proficient
in working out concepts for turn-key automation solution viz. gantry / robots,
special purpose machines, various conveyors, ergonomic handling systems etc.
based on the production requirements.
3) Should have
deft in cycle time working, payload calculation.
4) Should have
through knowledge in Automobile – Machining Lines & Assembly Lines”. If the
candidate has additional key knowledge in “Electric Vehicles” will be preferred
on high priority.
5) Should be
able to identify “Critical Bought Out” items. Should possess communication
skills to deal with various domestic & international suppliers.
6) Should be
capable to read various RFQs and work out key points / grey areas.
7) Should be
able to make specification sheets for the critical bought out items.
8) Should be
able to commodities / prepare Bill Of Material in a tabular form.
9) Should be
able to work out “raw material costs” for the manufacturing as well as bought
out items.
10) Should
possess expertise in MS Excel, Power Point to prepare technical write up,
presentations, cost estimations.
11) Should be
able to work on auto cad, solid edge, ERP systems.
12) Should have
familiarity / awareness of control systems like PLC, CNC, VFDs, HMI,
Traceability like 2D code readers, RFID, vision cameras etc.
13) Should be
familiar with international standards like OSHA, UL, CSA etc, international
logistics INCO terms & packing requirements.
14) Should
speak English fairly well.
